REAL PROPERTY ASSET SEARCH

Although it is possible to identify the owner of a plot of land in Japan, it is not possible to reverse search under an individual's name to identify properties owned by them.

However, JRG has developed access to an information source listing the known ownership of  30% of properties in Japan. This allows us to search under an individual or company name and identify any properties that are knowingly linked to them.

Financial Reports

The initial search will provide partial  addresses of all properties listed under the individual or company name. 

 

Based on this initial list the client can request to obtain the land registrations for all or some of the identified properties. Additional fees will be charged for each registration obtained.
